Purefruit Chile specializes in the production of single strength purees (both conventional and organic) that are aseptically packed – which many fruit providers do not provide. Their aseptic packaging process maintains outstanding flavor and color while allowing the customer to avoid costly refrigerated or frozen storage by being shelf stable.

The aseptic production is a continuous process flow with a verified kill step that then cools down the puree before filling. The low temperatures and flash pasteurization is a gentle process provides a verified kills step while protecting color and flavor. Customers who use Purefruit Chile’s aseptic purees consistently comment on the good flavor and improved color over other purees. They also find them easier to use over frozen purees, since they do not have to deal with the more costly refrigerated storage and defrosting times.

They also offer a transitional grade called “Baby Food” that is grown to the organic standards, but does not have the organic certification.

Purefruit Chile does not warehouse in US, so the MOQ is a full container which is 36,000 lbs. net weight. Mixed containers are an option.
