Flavor Lites™ are grain-based crisps that provide a wholesome alternative to traditional crisps and topical sprinkles along with low minimum runs for special events. Great in a chewy bars, yogurt toppers or free flowing in snacks or cereals. They have light bulk density, low-fat content and reduced sugar content. Available without trans fats, non-GMO and gluten-free. Flavor-lites can be suitable for RTE applications.
Season-ettes™ can be encapsulated spices, minerals, and sugars or cereal-based, unflavored flakes and granules that mimic spices and dry seasoning blends. They add visual appeal without adding “heat” to the consumer experience and provide consistent cost and year-round availability. They have microbial stability, no competing flavors, and are available gluten-free, and all natural. Season-ettes™ can be suitable for RTE Applications. Our new low density Unicorn blend is a fun way to deliver a pop of color.
Flavor Islands® (wet & dry)
Made in the USA, the Alginate-based Flavor Islands™ deliver a unique burst of flavor and soft, colorful visual appeal. They retain their particle identity without melting during baking or frying – and that burst of flavor remains after baking. Flavor Islands® are also perfect for original ice cream specialties. Can be suitable for RTE applications.
In baked goods or dry applications, Flavor Islands® perform well in microwaves and are designed to withstand mixers. Refrigeration is not required because they remain stable at room temperature for up to 9 months. They are available gluten-free and all natural.
Bubblegum, watermelon, mango, lemon, coffee, toasted marshmallow, caramel are readily available but custom flavors are feasible.
Flav-R-Grains® match flavor and outpace performance of fresh-cooked corn in tortillas, taco shells and chips. It is a 100% natural stabilized corn germ that adds a nutritional value, a stone-ground appearance and a nutty, whole-grain flavor to multi-grain and other snacking products. It’s used in everything from multi-grain breads to rice dishes, from chips to tortillas and more. Flav-R-Grain® has natural dietary fiber, can be used to reduce fat and is available non-GMO, gluten-free and all natural.
Sup-R-Grains™ provide an ancient grains solution to help you take advantage of the clean label trend and the demand for health-related foods. They are available in both Puffs and Flakes, non-GMO and gluten-free. Sup-R-Grains™ are available in a wide range of flavors, colors and sizes.
